There's this macho act I’ll sell ya ---
こうやってマッチョに見せようとしてみたりもするけど
While inside I lose my shit.

I grab a cab cross town,

I find her on the fourth floor,
4階で彼女を見つける
And they’ve got her in the gown.

She’s never looked less lovely ---
彼女は今までで一番綺麗じゃなく見える
She’s a grump and she’s got gas.
彼女は不機嫌で ガスが溜まってる
And the labor’s eighteen hours ---
そして分娩は18時間も続く…
Oh my God, kid, move your ass.
おい ぼうや さっさと出てこい！
Then at last you make your entrance
そしてついに 君が登場する
And, well, kid, you're quite a sight.
そして、うん、ぼうや 君はすごい見た目だ
I’ll be honest – you're disgusting ---
正直に言おう… 気持ち悪いよ
But I know that you're all right.
でも君は問題ないってわかってる
Though you're screaming and you're spitting
君は泣き叫んで 唾を吐いてて
And I can't quite see your charms,
なかなか可愛さがわからなかったけれど
They clean you and they clothe you
